HOW TO USE

Take approximately 1 softgel per 30 kg of body weight daily.

As a general guide:

• Adults weighing 50–60 kg: Take 2 softgels daily
• Adults weighing 80–90 kg: Take 3 softgels daily
• Maximum dosage: 5 softgels daily

Take with food and follow the dosage directions on the product packaging. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
