Essential Remedy Co Return and Refund Policy

At Essential Remedy Co, we take great care in selecting, packing, and shipping every order. Because our products relate to health and personal use, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or if a product is not suited to individual taste.

Change of Mind Returns

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Deciding the product is no longer needed
  • Sensitivity or dislike of taste, texture, colour, or packaging
  • Delays caused by couriers or external factors

Order Errors

Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
We are not able to edit or cancel orders once they are processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare case an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to Australia Post.
If a parcel is marked as delivered, we cannot offer refunds.
We will assist with an investigation, but outcomes are determined by Australia Post.

Incorrect Address

If the wrong address was provided at checkout:

  • We are not liable for lost parcels
  • No refunds are provided
  • Reshipping costs apply if the parcel is returned to us

Returns (When Approved)

Any authorised return must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Be returned within 7 days
  • Be securely packaged

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We comply with ACL requirements.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights, but we reserve the right to assess each request based on evidence and eligibility.
