The BalanceTest is an easy-to-use dried blood spot self-test designed to provide a unique insight into your body’s Omega-6:3 balance. Conducted by the independent laboratory VITAS, the test measures key fatty acids in your blood and provides personalised “Before and After” results to help guide your wellness journey.
Using a simple at-home finger prick sample, the BalanceTest analyses 11 important fatty acids, including Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9, saturated and polyunsaturated fats. The results provide information about your Omega-6:3 Balance, Omega-3 Index, cell membrane fluidity and other key fatty acid markers.
The test is certified to comply with European regulations for in vitro diagnostic medical devices and is designed to be completed quickly and conveniently from home.
