HOW TO USE
Clean and thoroughly dry the skin around your nose.
Remove the protective backing from the nasal strip.
Apply the strip across the bridge of your nose.
Press firmly to ensure the strip is securely in place.
Use before bed, before training or as required.
Remove slowly and gently after use.
