HOW TO USE

Perform the test in the morning upon waking, or at least 2 hours after eating or between meals.

Do not eat or drink anything for 10 minutes prior to testing.

Step 1: Collect saliva in your mouth.

Step 2: Place the test pad on your tongue for 3–5 seconds.

Step 3: Remove the strip and lay it flat next to the colour chart for 15 seconds.

Step 4: Compare the colour result with the chart provided.

For best results, use one strip upon waking to establish your baseline, then test again 90 minutes to 2 hours after taking Ultimate Cardio+.
