HOW TO USE

1. Hold the canister upright.
2. Position the nozzle comfortably over your mouth and nose.
3. Activate the flow while inhaling deeply.
4. Exhale normally.
5. Repeat for approximately 3–5 inhalations, or use as required according to the product directions.

For strenuous activity, ElevateO₂ may be used before activity, during rest periods and after exertion.
