HOW TO USE

Each bottle of Metal-Free includes a precision dropper with clearly marked measurements (0.25 mL, 0.5 mL, 0.75 mL, and 1 mL) to make dosing simple and accurate.

A full serving is 1 mL, taken twice daily. If you are new to detox supplements or have been advised by your healthcare provider, you may wish to begin with a lower amount.

Most individuals should start with 1 mL once daily for the first few days. If no detox reactions are experienced, increase to 1 mL twice daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not speed up the detox process and is unnecessary.

If detox effects occur, reduce the dose by half until symptoms subside, then gradually increase back to your previous amount. If reactions are more noticeable, pause for one to two days, then resume at half the prior dose and slowly work back up to two servings per day as tolerated.

Proper hydration is essential during any detox protocol. Be sure to drink plenty of water and support hydration with electrolytes.

Because heavy metals and chemical toxins can damage cells, it is strongly recommended to take PERFECT AMINO® alongside Metal-Free and Chemical Cleanse to support cellular and tissue repair. Directions:
Shake well before use. Measure 1 mL (or your adjusted dose), hold in the mouth for 15 seconds, then swallow. Use twice daily or as tolerated. Metal-Free is best taken on an empty stomach. Stay well hydrated while using this product.
