HOW TO USE

General Gut Support & Maintenance
Take 1 scoop daily, either mid-morning before lunch or before bed.

For Gluten Exposure
Take 1 scoop immediately after eating.

For Digestive Imbalance, Bloating, or Gut Protocols
Take 1 scoop mid-morning and 1 scoop before bed.

For Intensive Gut Support
Take up to 4 servings per day, spread throughout the day as needed.

Gut Restore may be taken at any time; however, best results are achieved when taken 30 minutes before meals or 1–2 hours after eating.
Mix 1 scoop with 8–12 oz (250–350 ml) of cold water.

For ongoing bacterial or yeast imbalance, use continuously for up to 4 months as part of a comprehensive gut protocol.

If detox-related discomfort occurs during intensive use, supportive anti-inflammatory nutrients may be beneficial.
