I was using this then wanted to try a different brand. The other brand took soooo long to dissolve so came back to this. After starting this again, the change was unbelievable. It felt like the old tablets didn't even do anything for me. I can push easyyyy harder at the gym again, have way more energy and can even feel the inflammation in my body disappear. Will never try another H2 brand again!!!
Dissolves quik and tastes nice
Great product overall. The fizz‑tablet is handy, the taste is subtle, and it doesn’t mess with my fasting. It too me a couple of days to feel a difference but after a few weeks I reckon it’s helping with recovery and just keeping me more even
